AnthroPoMorphCo is the brainchild of Giovanna, who in 11th grade had her hopes to be a cartoonist dashed by a well-intentioned Theology Nun. This all changed recently as she embarked on a personal crusade to “make everything your friend!”; I’m glad she had a change of heart!

As the name of her company suggests, Giovanna takes veggies and animals and gives them human features. By the look of them, they may not be all that happy (humans, after all, have to pay taxes and keep up with soap operas), but they sure are cute. Her Etsy store is full of delightfully anthropomorphized accessories and buttons; my faves are her magnets and wine charms, but there are seriously lots of really cute items in her shop.

Giovanna also has a Cafe Press shop which sells tees, mugs and clocks. Although I’ve seen some poorly done stores, AnthroPoMorphCo’s simple shapes and bright colors work really well. For more information, check out her site, which gives you a good overview of all her products.
