diy: papercrafting with flickr

Flickr is probably the best community for photos out there; Cuteable has its own happenin’ photo pool and is just a great place in general to get inspired. I was therefore quite amused to see someone put it to practical crafting use with these paper Monkeys and Birds.

Each one is a DIY project where you can download and print out a free template; simply cut, fold, glue and you’re done! The results really speak for themselves, and as it takes only a few minutes you can really crank these out and give them to all your family and friends. PS–does anyone know of any similar projects? I’d love to start a list!
Here are some additional sites with fun DIY paper projects:
• Paper Forest (thanks, Jill!)
• The Toy Maker (thanks, Polkadot!)

There is a great blog called Paper Forest that has a lot of links to paper models.
