knockman family noisemakers
The Knockman Family sort of reminds me of a one-man-band, except separated out into a a cute, somewhat freakish family. These wind-up toys exist for one purpose only: to make noise, and lots of it. Half the fun is watching them bang their heads, strum their strings and wobble into one another (the other half is the cacophony!). Available at FireBox.com and Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art Store.

I have chimes! I also have a couple knockman magnet dudes. Knockman is starting to manufacture a pretty wide range of products. They just picked up mypapercrane donuts as a blind box vinyl toy! Very cute stuff knockman!

Maywadenki (Knockman’s designer) did a music performance in Hong Kong last month. They are very very funny guys. They showed their entire product in the show as well. That is the trailer
