Print Post Cute overload on a Thursday - Cute characters

I was inspired by the first item (spotted on Twitter this morning) to hunt for some other cute characters!

Claire from Absolutely Small has done it again with these fabulous Star Wars versions of Chickenpants. I like Lando but my favourite has to be Chewie!

Mulderberry is no stranger in the woods. He was born and raised there and loves to visit every now and then. If you find him nibbling on a bit of twig, he is probably reminiscing and it’s best not to disturb him. Wise words from his creator Marisa Girardi.

Beau is a Pojii, a unique teddy and is looking for a new home. You can find her over at Pojii.

Meet Farrokh Bulsara who is a Whiskerbear Moustachio made by Phil Barbato. I think he would be lovely to cuddle up to despite the tickly moustache!

And I couldn’t post cute characters without showing you these fabulous Star Trek knitted meerkats from the very talented Nifty Knits.

Print Post Cute Overload on a thursday - The Little red door

This pendant from The Little Red Door is cute and house a gnome - if you are careful you might see him!

How cute is this little house of love - the perfect mini gift for a loved one.

I’m a sucker for anything miniature and this record player is too cute! It’s available in blue too.

This mini ball globe features a mini neighbourhood on it. Love the little houses.

As Little Red Door says ‘My miniatures make colourful & interesting additions to curio shelves, mantels, sitting atop picture frames, your desk, potted plants, flower beds, window boxes’ I wonder where I would put this mini milk carton?’

Print Post Cute vintage

I was browsing vintage dresses on Etsy last night and realised that I haven’t done a vintage cute post for a while!

I love this pretend clock - it would make a great decoration piece. Get it from Vintage Takeout.

This photo album from Down Memory Lane Mall is great and would make a great gift for someone.

And although I know it is a bit early to be thinking of Christmas, I couldn’t resist showing you this angel tree topper from Before He Finds Out.

Print Post Guest editor - Denise from Yummy Pancake

I was so excited to do a guest post on Cutable, but it was very difficult to only pick 5 things when I know that there is a world of cute out there.  To help me narrow my search, I decided to highlight 5 items from some of my very talented fellow members of the Etsy Plush Team.  The 5 members I chose the cuteness below from were all winners in our team Iron Plush challenge ^_^

I happen to have the biggest sweet tooth ever!  I have such a weakness for candy and anything that is sweet…including marshmallows.  Look at these uber cute little plush marshmallows from ScrumptiousDelight!  They come in a variety of colors, just like the mini marshmallows in the grocery store!

And check out this little dog from Raggyrat!  He looks so real that I can almost hear him barking!  You don’t have to feed it, walk it, or clean up after it!  All you have to do is hug it and cuddle with it – that’s the kind of dog I like!

Everyone needs a Wibbly Woo from Abbydid!  The name is just fun to say….Wibbly Woo Wibbly Woo Wibbly Woo.  I personally have 3 of them.  Their pocket mouths are great for holding all sorts of things – 2 of mine hold TV remotes!  They also make excellent gift pouches!

And while we are on the subject of dogs, check out this Plush Pug by Samaria Project!  How cute is he?  She was inspired by Claire’s pug, Topanga (from Absolutely Small).  Samaria Project is actually currently working on a plush version of my kitty, Max!  I can’t wait to see how he turns out!!

Since I am going on vacation in a month, I love this Vacation Hannah Plush by PlushGoodness – and I love that it is my favorite color, pink!  Just looking at this plush makes me think of the beach, and how much I’d rather be there than at work!  I want to get my vacation started now!

Hope you enjoyed my little slice of Etsy Plush Team cuteness!  I hope to be able to do a guest post again….I have so much more cute to share!  I have a confession to make – I was eating candy while I was writing this entire post….it was those plush marshmallows.  They made me hungry for sweets!

Thanks Denise - such a cute filled post! You can see Denise’s work here and her blog here.

Print Post Cute as a button - part 2

So it was only going to be one post on buttons but people kept sending me tweets to let me know of other cute buttons out there so here is the second cute button post!

This gorgeous ceramic button would make a dramatic addition to a knitted scarflette or similar project where only one button is needed as it’s a one off! Get it from Jude Allman.

I’m not quite sure how I missed these buttons in the first post. They have cute little houses on them and you know what I am liek about cute little houses! Get these storybook buttons from Mollimoo.
