Print Post Cute finds

I recently visited London and this print from Ruka-Ruka appealed to me. You can buy it without customisation too.

These cupcake brooches would make adorable presents for teachers and with a ‘big winter time festival’ fast approaching (eek!) it might just be the time to start stocking up! Get them from Prettycrafts.

The colour of these pretty earrings by Suzanna Leslie is wonderful and I love the fact that the drops are vintage.

This dress by Fleur L’enfant is very pretty and would suit girly girls perfectly.

I wish I had known about Etsy when my children were babies (although Matt is probably glad that I didn’t!) If I had known about it, one of these cute owl mobiles from Zemphira would have been atop my list.

Print Post Sewing pretties

This pretty sewing themed charm bracelet would make a perfect gift for the seamstress in your life. Get it from Sassy N Punk.

If you love buttons as I do then be quick as these button earrings are on sale over at Luxe Deluxe.

This scissor necklace from Eclectic Orchid would surely pretty up any outfit.

Show off your love of sewing machines with this fabulous vintage Singer brooch from Lucie Ellen.

I really admire the way that Tanith uses reclaimed objects to make beautiful items – this bobbin necklace is one of those items.

Print Post Back to regular posting!

Well it was lovely to have time off in August but it is back to the grindstone and regular posting again!

These bees getting pollen from the flowers are cute. Get this original painting from Christmas Cottage Crafts.

This is the perfect sentiment for any first time parent! Get the print, which is available in different colours, from Belly Babies.

Give the sweet toothed person in your life these sweet wrapper hair grips from La Alicia instead of sweets. Their teeth will thank you!

I love the yellow of the beads and the little secret nest idea too! Get the necklace from Gash Jewels.

I honestly couldn’t choose which item to feature from Ferntree Studio so Matt chose this knobbly knee grasshopper print.

Print Post Gorjuss Art

I’m not sure if you are aware but Suzanne from Gorjuss underwent an operation on her spine one year ago and has since developed complications which are very debilitating and don’t allow her to work as she once did.  Sketches that used to take Suzanne an hour are now taking her weeks and as a result their income has fallen drastically. If you would like to help then you can find out what you can do over here. I’m personally going to be looking through the Etsy shop to see if there are any items that catch my eye for Christmas presents.

Print Post Pounce finds

One of my favourite ways to look for things is to Pounce over on Etsy – you get to see what items are popular and it shows you a wide range of items. Here are some things I have spotted while ‘pouncing’.

The colours in this mixed media painting by Art Asana are fabulous and I would love to be somewhere where the sky is that shade of blue,  right now!

Cute and perfect for your little monster! Get this field bag from Rainbow Swirlz.

Oooooooh flouncy! To be a little girl again and twirl and dance! Get this pettiskirt from Cheekychic Baby.

I like these rather creepy but fun cards from Doctor Barber – a great way to say thank you.

How cute are these handmade 70′s fruit and veg with faces?? I love them but if you are quicker than me you might be able to get hold of them from The Mother Load.

Print Post Paper Goodness

Elsita is the queen of paper cutting – just look at this gorgeous example of her work! So pretty and delicate.

These cards are a great gift idea for someone who likes paper and if they don’t then you can convert them by sending them one! Get this set from Crafterall.

Wonder what happens to all the offcuts from Crafteralls snippings? Then wonder no longer as she sends them off to Green Post who uses them to make cute things such as these paper pulp eco magnets.

I don’t know of any imminent baby arrivals but if I did then I think I would be ordering one of these cute cutout cards from Quite Contrary Crafts.

Perfect for a wedding – this would make a great statement! Order your personalised handcut banner from Ay Mujer!

Print Post Primitive/Folk art

There is just something about this flying cat from Tickles My Fancy that captivates me!

These tags have a multitude of uses and I love the brown and blue together! Get them from Saddleworth Shindigs.

Aaaaaaaah – how cute are these Papa and Little Bear  bears from Northfield Primitives? Very I think!

Like quilts but don’t have room for lots of them? Then Quilting Cafe has come up with the perfect solution – quilted magnets for your fridge!
